Installation
To begin using the Chaterimo skill, follow these steps:
- Ensure you have an active account at chaterimo.com.
- Link your preferred e-commerce platform (Shopify, Shoptet, Upgates, or eshop-rychle.cz) within the Chaterimo dashboard.
- Generate an API Key via the 'API Keys' section in your dashboard.
- Install the skill into OpenClaw using the command:

CHATERIMO_API_KEYwith your unique key.

Tips & Limitations
- Privacy: Always rely on the built-in PII redaction. Even if a conversation contains sensitive data in the original source, it will appear with tags like [EMAIL] or [PHONE] within OpenClaw.
- Context: Remember that your organization is inferred from your API key, so you do not need to provide tenant identifiers.
- Volume: If you have high traffic, try to use date filters to keep your workspace clean and manageable.
- Data Integrity: Ensure your Chaterimo dashboard is correctly connected to your store; data will only appear in OpenClaw after successful integration setup.
