With access to over 119 modules across 15 categories, Neo transforms your AI into a surgical tool for specific problem-solving tasks. It manages a personal 'Crew' of modules that you curate, tracking your usage to provide seamless context switching.

Installation

To install the Neo protocol, use the following command in your OpenClaw terminal: clawhub install openclaw/skills/skills/brucko/neo. Upon your first run, the system will check for the existence of assets/crew.json. If missing, it will initialize your personal workspace using the crew.default.json file. This creates your baseline Crew, ready for customization.

Use Cases

Tips & Limitations

• Efficiency: Don't load every module simultaneously. Your AI works best when the active context is focused on the specific 'Mindset' required for the current task. Use neo off to clear your workspace when switching domains.
• Customization: If you have unique workflows, use neo create to build your own modules. The system generates a structured markdown file that you can further refine in the assets/library directory.
• Persistence: Your Crew persists across sessions in crew.json. However, active memory of loaded modules resets at the start of a new chat session to ensure you always start with a clean slate.
