Suno Automation
Skill by upstatemovingimages-cmyk
Why use this skill?
Automate music generation on Suno.com using OpenClaw AI agents. Install this skill to programmatically create songs, manage lyrics, and control playback via browser automation.
Install via CLI (Recommended)
clawhub install openclaw/skills/skills/upstatemovingimages-cmyk/suno-automationWhat This Skill Does
The Suno Automation skill for OpenClaw enables seamless, programmatic interaction with the Suno.com web interface. By leveraging the OpenClaw Managed Browser, this skill allows an AI agent to navigate to the Suno creation page, input custom lyrics, define musical style parameters, and trigger the generation process. It effectively turns the browser into an automated music composition workstation, allowing users to queue complex audio generation tasks through their AI agent.
Installation
To integrate this functionality into your environment, use the OpenClaw CLI tool. Ensure you have the browser environment configured, then run: clawhub install openclaw/skills/skills/upstatemovingimages-cmyk/suno-automation. Once installed, verify the skill is available in your agent's command list before initiating the browser start sequence to ensure proper environment coupling.
Use Cases
This skill is designed for creative automation workflows. Common use cases include:
- Mass generation of background tracks for video content creators.
- Iterative prototyping of musical motifs or lyrical concepts based on AI-generated brainstorming sessions.
- Scheduling bulk generation tasks where the agent waits for completion, retrieves output, and moves to the next batch.
- Assisting users who require consistent musical generation without manually navigating web UI menus.
Example Prompts
- "Open Suno and create an upbeat lo-fi hip hop track about traveling through space, using the custom mode for lyrics."
- "Please check my Suno library and play the most recent song titled 'Neon Dreams' generated via the browser."
- "Go to the Suno create page, set the style to 'jazz fusion' with a tempo of 120bpm, and write a song about rainy days in Tokyo."
Tips & Limitations
Because this skill relies on the OpenClaw Managed Browser, remember that element references (like e123) are volatile and refresh upon every snapshot. Always perform a fresh browser snapshot before attempting to interact with the UI. Additionally, ensure you are logged into your Suno account within the 'openclaw' profile prior to running commands, as the browser does not carry over state from your personal browser. Always select the 'Custom' mode in the UI if you intend to provide specific lyrics, and verify that the v5 model is toggled on to maintain high audio fidelity. Note that web-based automation is subject to site changes; if Suno updates their CSS selectors, you will need to re-identify the elements during your next snapshot session.
