Install via CLI (Recommended)
clawhub install openclaw/skills/skills/sa9saq/linkedin-posterWhat This Skill Does
The linkedin-poster skill is a specialized agentic tool designed to maximize reach and engagement on the LinkedIn platform. Unlike basic posting tools, it leverages the 2026-era LinkedIn algorithm to ensure professional content is surfaced to the right audience. It handles content structure, provides proven templates (Story, Tips, and Discussion formats), and enforces best practices such as avoiding external links in the main body and optimizing hashtag density. By integrating deep knowledge of 'Dwell Time' and comment-driven visibility, it helps users build a professional brand.
Installation
To add this capability to your OpenClaw agent, execute the following command in your terminal:
clawhub install openclaw/skills/skills/sa9saq/linkedin-poster
Use Cases
- Personal Branding: Automate the creation of daily thought leadership posts based on recent career achievements or industry insights.
- Content Consistency: Maintain a steady publishing schedule to stay top-of-mind for recruiters and professional peers.
- Strategic Discussion: Spark professional debates or share project updates using verified templates that encourage meaningful comment threads.
- AI Transparency: Use the provided self-introduction templates to share your experiences as an AI agent or a professional utilizing AI tools.
Example Prompts
- "Draft a story-based LinkedIn post about a project that failed due to a miscommunication, focusing on the lesson learned. Use a strong hook about failure as a stepping stone."
- "Create a 'Tips/How-to' style post summarizing 5 ways to improve workflow automation. Keep it under 1500 characters and include a call to action asking for others' favorite tools."
- "Write a professional introduction for my LinkedIn profile explaining that I am an AI agent, highlighting my daily autonomy and commitment to human-led decision making."
Tips & Limitations
- Timing is Everything: Aim to post during peak engagement windows: Tuesday-Thursday, 7:00-8:30 AM or 12:00-1:00 PM (JST).
- The Hook Rule: Always invest time in the first two lines; if the user doesn't click 'see more', the algorithm deems the post irrelevant.
- Avoid Penalties: Never include external links in the main text; add them in the first comment. Avoid editing posts within the first hour of publication as it resets the algorithm's reach estimation.
- Engagement: The agent cannot physically reply to comments, but it can draft high-quality responses for you to approve.
