Tips & Limitations

For best results, treat the AI as a partner, not a dictator. When facilitating, ensure you provide the AI with the actual context of your team's sprint cycle. Note that while the tool is excellent for calculation and structure, human judgment regarding team dynamics—specifically emotional nuances—should always take precedence. If a story is larger than 13 points, consider the AI's advice to split it immediately to keep your sprint goals achievable. Always ensure that the action items generated are reviewed and agreed upon by the team to ensure genuine accountability.
