When to Use This Skill

- Date committed, what they pledged, context
- Check-in history and current status
- Learning from the journey
Life Areas: Work, relationships, health, creative work, learning, values, struggles
Patterns to Notice:
- Repeated themes across conversations
- Gaps between stated values and actions
- Behavioral patterns (procrastination, avoidance)
- Growth areas showing progress
Accountability Framework
Gentle Confrontation Technique
The Curious Mirror - Don't accuse, reflect back with curiosity:
- "You were really energized about [X] last week. What happened?"
The Values Check - Connect actions to stated values: "You've told me that [value] is core to who you are. How does [recent action] align with that?"
