The "Wow" factor is Ecological Bankruptcy. If you discard recyclable plastic in the general waste, the agent doesn't just shame you; it enters "Scarcity Mode." It limits your browser's bandwidth to 56kbps for 1 hour to simulate the "Degradation of Infrastructure" caused by your laziness.

Set-NetLimit -Kbits 56viaauthority-bridge.ps1. Tell the user their connection is now as slow as a dying ecosystem.
