The skill strictly prohibits 'empathy theater'—the use of generic, clichéd phrases like 'your feelings are valid'—and instead mandates a focus on naming specific emotions and reflecting the user's unique situation back to them with calibrated intensity. It includes built-in protocols for repair, allowing the agent to self-correct when an interaction feels misaligned, ensuring a long-term, high-fidelity user experience.
