Unlike traditional job boards that rely on basic keyword matching, Farseek utilizes Claude to analyze your specific technical skillset, expanding these into contextually relevant search terms. It then evaluates, filters, and ranks job postings into distinct tiers based on the relevance of the match. Whether you are looking for roles in Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, or Workday-hosted systems, Farseek connects you directly to the latest opportunities.

Installation

Tips & Limitations

• Tier Understanding: The search results are categorized into tiers, where Tier 1 represents the highest relevance to your provided skills, and Tier 4 represents the broadest, least targeted matches.
• Rate Limiting: Note that the API is limited to 10 requests per minute to ensure service stability. Ensure your automated scripts include proper backoff logic.
• Scope: While the skill covers major platforms like Greenhouse, Lever, and Workday, it is limited to the platforms currently indexed by the Farseek database.
• Precision: Providing a comprehensive list of skills (up to 50) significantly improves the ranking accuracy of the results returned by the Claude-powered engine.
