  • Data Safety: The system allows for backfilling missed days within a 7-day window. If you've been away longer, the system will ask for a reset.
  • Adjustment: If you feel a plan is too hard, tell the agent! It is designed to trigger a re-evaluation process to adjust your path to success.
  • Rationalization: Take the time to go through the guided rationalization process when creating a new habit—it significantly increases your long-term success rate.
