Tips & Limitations

• Strict Protocol: The AI is programmed to be assertive during meetings. It will not proceed to the next agenda item until the previous one is summarized and task owners are confirmed. Prepare your agenda beforehand to avoid being blocked by the agent's moderation logic.
• Matrix Format: When mentioning team members, always use the full ID format (@username:server.com) to ensure the agent correctly tags the user in your collaborative environment.
• Data Dependency: The agent relies on local configuration files like HEARTBEAT.md and members-touch.md. Ensure these are correctly placed in the /root/.openclaw/workspace/ directory for the agent to track team health effectively.
• Limitations: The agent cannot force team members to reply; it will only follow the escalation protocol (reminders) if members remain silent for over 5 minutes.
