Installation

To integrate OpenFun into your workflow, you must first have Node.js installed on your system. Run the following commands in your terminal:

npm install -g openfun-cli
openfun login

The login command will initiate an authentication flow via your browser, saving an API token securely in ~/.openfun/config.json. Once authenticated, you can immediately begin querying trends and generating content using the CLI tool.

• Automation First: The CLI is designed to be headlessly integrated. Use the --pretty flag for debugging, but use raw JSON output when piping data into other automated scripts.

• Plan Limitations: Be aware of your tier; the Free plan includes watermarks. If you are creating professional brand content, upgrading to Pro or Scale is highly recommended for watermark-free, priority rendering.
