Tips & Limitations

• Start with the Articulation Test: Do not attempt to fix a broken cascade if the company strategy itself is fuzzy. If the leadership team cannot define the strategy in one clear sentence, the cascade will inevitably fail.
• The 'Orphan' Rule: Be ruthless with orphan goals. If a task or objective cannot be explicitly mapped to a parent OKR, it should be considered 'strategic drift' and either cut or re-evaluated.
• Limitations: This skill relies on the quality of input data.
