marketing-context
Create and maintain the marketing context document that all marketing skills read before starting. Use when the user mentions 'marketing context,' 'brand voice,' 'set up context,' 'target audience,' 'ICP,' 'style guide,' 'who is my customer,' 'positioning,' or wants to avoid repeating foundational information across marketing tasks. Run this at the start of any new project before using other marketing skills.
Install via CLI (Recommended)
clawhub install openclaw/skills/skills/alirezarezvani/marketing-contextWhat This Skill Does
The marketing-context skill acts as the foundational knowledge base for all your marketing-related AI tasks within OpenClaw. By centralizing your brand positioning, target audience, competitive analysis, and customer personas into a single document (.agents/marketing-context.md), this skill eliminates the need to repeat your unique value proposition for every individual task. Whether you are generating social media posts, writing landing page copy, or drafting email sequences, this skill ensures the AI agent stays consistent with your brand voice and strategic goals.
Installation
To integrate this skill into your OpenClaw environment, run the following command in your terminal:
clawhub install openclaw/skills/skills/alirezarezvani/marketing-context
Use Cases
- Project Onboarding: Run this at the start of any new marketing project to ground the agent in your current strategy.
- Content Consistency: Use it whenever you need to ensure brand voice, terminology, and messaging remain aligned across multiple marketing assets.
- Strategy Refinement: Use the 'Update Existing' mode to audit your current positioning and adjust based on new market insights or product pivots.
- Team Alignment: Use it to share a 'source of truth' for product messaging, ensuring everyone (and every AI agent) is talking about your product in the same way.
Example Prompts
- "I'm starting a new campaign for our SaaS dashboard. Can you use the existing marketing-context to draft a 3-post social media series?"
- "I've updated our pricing strategy. Let's run the marketing-context skill to update our 'Business Model' section and refresh our positioning."
- "Who is my target customer for the new enterprise feature? Please analyze the marketing-context document and give me a summary of the personas we should be targeting."
Tips & Limitations
- Mode 1 Preference: Most users find 'Mode 1 (Auto-Draft)' the most effective way to start. It allows the agent to scrape your existing repo data, providing a high-quality baseline you only need to refine.
- Stay Updated: Marketing context is only as good as the file itself. Set a recurring task (e.g., once a month) to review the document for drift as your product evolves.
- Be Specific: When using the 'Guided Interview' mode, provide concrete examples of customer feedback to ensure the 'Customer Language' section remains authentic and high-converting.
