Installation

• Formatting: Use the --human flag if you want to inspect output yourself in the terminal, as the default output is optimized for programmatic JSON consumption by the agent.

• API Limits: Be mindful of Freshdesk's rate limits when executing batch operations on large numbers of tickets or contacts to avoid hitting request throttling.
