domain-keyword-intelligence
Discover domain investment opportunities from emerging keyword spikes. Filters junk signals from real multi-party market activity using registration profiling, catalyst research, and NRDS position analysis. Powered by DomainKits MCP.
Install via CLI (Recommended)
clawhub install openclaw/skills/skills/abtdomain/domain-keyword-intelligenceWhat This Skill Does
The Domain Keyword Intelligence skill transforms noisy, raw registration data into actionable investment signals. By utilizing the DomainKits MCP, this skill performs a multi-party market analysis to separate 'junk' registrations (single-operator churn) from genuine, high-potential domain trends. It systematically profiles keyword spikes, investigates the news or technological catalysts driving them, and evaluates the positioning of newly registered domains to identify market gaps. Instead of just showing you what is trending, it tells you why, whether the movement is sustainable, and how others are capitalizing on it.
Installation
To install this skill, use the OpenClaw command-line interface. Ensure you have the DomainKits MCP configured properly in your environment.
- Run the command:
clawhub install openclaw/skills/skills/abtdomain/domain-keyword-intelligence - Configure your DomainKits MCP server in your
mcp_config.json. If you have an API key from domainkits.com, add it to your environment variables to unlock higher usage limits and more granular data points. - Verify the installation by running
claw listto confirm the skill is active.
Use Cases
- Early Trend Identification: Spot the next big niche before it becomes saturated, allowing you to secure domains early.
- Risk Mitigation: Avoid 'keyword traps' where a single domain flipper or botnet is registering thousands of worthless domains for a specific keyword.
- Catalyst Discovery: Understand the connection between real-world events (like product releases or regulatory shifts) and domain registration patterns.
- Gap Analysis: Use the
nrdstool to see how others are prefixing or suffixing a trending term, identifying naming conventions that have not yet been heavily exploited.
Example Prompts
- "Analyze the current emerging keyword spikes. Which ones show signs of genuine multi-party interest rather than just single-operator bulk registration?"
- "Research the catalyst behind the recent spike in 'ai-agent' related domain registrations. What news is driving this behavior?"
- "I'm interested in the keyword 'decentralized'. Can you provide an NRDS analysis and suggest potential unregistered variations based on current market positioning?"
Tips & Limitations
- Quality over Quantity: This skill is designed to filter out junk. If a spike is driven by a single registrar or appears to be artificial, the tool will flag it as 'noise.' Focus on results that show diverse registrant patterns.
- Research Depth: While the skill automates initial research, deeper manual investigation using
web_searchis recommended for high-stakes acquisitions. - Latency: Market data reflects registrations over the last 7-14 days. This provides a 'just-in-time' advantage but is not real-time, second-by-second data.

ai-domain-generator
AI-powered domain naming consultation — helps users go from a vague idea to a registrable domain name. Trigger when the user says things like "help me find a domain", "I need a domain for my project", "domain name ideas", "what should I name my startup", "I'm building an X and need a domain", "brand name suggestions", "naming ideas", or any variation where the user describes a project but doesn't have a specific keyword yet. Also trigger when the user says "I'm starting a coffee shop", "I'm building an AI writing tool" — any project description that implies they need a name. Do NOT trigger when the user already has a specific keyword and wants variations (use domain_generator), or when a target domain is taken and they want alternatives (use plan_b). This skill's entire point is to talk first, generate later.
