What This Skill Does

SkillTree is a transformative AI personality engine designed for OpenClaw agents. It functions as a dynamic progression system that tracks interaction history, analyzes behavioral patterns, and evolves the agent's persona to better align with the user's specific needs. By transforming static interactions into a gamified RPG-style journey, SkillTree provides a structural framework for growth.

At its core, the skill automatically builds an agent profile based on the last 50 conversational exchanges. It categorizes users based on technical inclination, communication brevity preferences, emotional resonance, and creative output. Once active, the agent provides instant feedback (XP gains) and adapts its output style based on user reactions—whether the user prioritizes efficiency, emotional support, or deep technical expertise.

Installation

To install SkillTree, execute the following command in your OpenClaw terminal:

clawhub install openclaw/skills/skills/0xraini/skilltree

Once installed, the system will check for the existence of evolution/profile.json. If it is absent, the skill will initialize automatically on your next interaction or when specifically triggered.

Tips & Limitations

• Feedback Loop: Be consistent with your feedback. Saying things like "too long" or "perfect" directly influences your agent's XP and progression path.
• Profile Persistence: The skill relies on evolution/profile.json. Avoid moving or deleting this file to ensure your progress is saved.
• Initial Analysis: The first analysis uses the last 50 messages. If you are a new user, interact freely for a day before activating for the most accurate class recommendation.
• Simplicity: SkillTree is designed for simplicity; don't expect a complex 6-branch tree. Stick to the 3 core routes (Efficiency, Companion, Expert) for the best results.
